The website (www.globalchessleague.com), mobile app (TechM GCL Fan Center), and metaverse (metaverse.globalchessleague.com) are collectively referred to as the “Platform”. These are owned and operated by Tech Mahindra Global Chess League AG (“TechM GCL”).
By accessing or using any part of the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. TechM GCL reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of those updates.
2. Platform Access and Services
The Platform is generally free to browse. However, TechM GCL may charge fees for specific products, features, or services. Features may differ by region, and TechM GCL reserves full discretion to modify or terminate access to any part of the Platform.
3. Registration and User Profile
Some services require users to register and create a personal profile. Users must provide accurate and current information, maintain confidentiality of credentials, and be at least 16 years of age.

Any user-submitted content (“Contributed Content”) reflects the views of its author, not TechM GCL. Users must ensure their contributions are lawful, original, and non-infringing. TechM GCL reserves the right to remove content that violates policies or legal norms.
6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, designs, and logos on the Platform are proprietary to TechM GCL or respective owners. You grant TechM GCL a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display or distribute contributed materials for platform operations.
7. Warranty and Liability Disclaimer
The Platform and all content are provided “as is”. TechM GCL makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, performance, or availability. Users access all material at their own risk.
8. Accuracy of Information
Information on the Platform is compiled from multiple sources. TechM GCL does not guarantee its completeness or accuracy and may update or modify such information without notice.
9. User Restrictions
Users shall not misuse, decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to harm the Platform. Any unlawful or unauthorized use, including distributing viruses or scraping data, is strictly prohibited.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold TechM GCL harmless against all claims or damages arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of the Platform.
11. Termination
TechM GCL may terminate your access to the Platform without notice for non-compliance or misuse.
12. Infringement Notification
If you believe content violates your rights or any law, email the grievance officer at contactus@globalchessleague.com with all relevant details, including a clear identification of the content, your contact info, and supporting documentation.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. The courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
14. Information Collection
TechM GCL collects device, IP, and demographic data as outlined in its Privacy Policy. All information provided during registration or feedback is securely stored and used for service improvement.
