Alina Kashlinskaya (born October 28, 1993) holds the titles of International Master (2014) and Woman Grandmaster (2009), and claimed the European Women’s Individual Championship in 2019.
After switching her federation from Russia to Poland in 2022, she further elevated her career by winning the Polish Women’s Championship in 2024 and the Tbilisi leg of the 2024‑25 FIDE Women’s Grand Prix 2024–25, securing a key GM norm in the process.
Kashlinskaya is married to Polish Grandmaster Radosław Wojtaszek. She remains a top contender in women’s international chess, combining solid strategic play with consistent tournament results for both Poland and in global events.
